The client submits a valid complaint within 14 days of service completion.

4. Partial Refunds
If a portion of the service has already been delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Services
Completed consulting services and any personalized reports or digital deliverables are non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any refund disputes before taking legal action.
